srv files being created but then deleted after passed to Sonarr

I see the subtitle file being created (log output pasted below from SAB). after the conversion is completed I see mp4 copied to the directory via sonarr but not the srt file being created. it gets deleted for some reason and i can't tell if this is from the scripts or from sonarr. I have setup sonarr like the instructions stated where you turn off download handling in sonarr. now if i change the subtitles to be embedded obviously it embeds it and moves the mp4 file and the subtitle works.

Script does not delete any additional files like SRT files

Probably related to your Sonarr cleanup settings
