Bootstrap Cover Example Question

I'm working with your Twitter Bootstrap Cover example. I've dumped content into the body but the text is wrapping behind the nav bar and the footer. Am I just not getting the content into the proper div? Can you point me towards an example with longer text in the body so I can see how it should function and maybe where I'm going wrong? Sorry for the very basic question I'm still learning CSS and bootstrap.

Sorry, I don't have another example on hand. I'd have to play with the example myself to know for sure what to do. Searching or asking on Stack Overflow might give you some results though.
