Convert examples.ipynb to individual gallery examples.

Closed with 973d508. Still working on adding thumbnails to gallery.

While it might be possible with nbshpinx (spatialaudio/nbsphinx#668), I couldn't figure out how, so have resorted to save figures from gallery examples as .png's, and adding them to a gallery.md.
