Support for loading only specific fields on File.read

This would allow for decreased memory consumption when reading only a subset of the fields available in a data format. For instance if we only need the box vectors then we can request this and not have the positions loaded into memory at all.

I realize that support for this is more and less difficult for the different formats and readers, and this is okay.
