[MDX2] gatsby-plugin-mdx for mdx2? #1678

Hey! We were tinkering around with mdx2 and were wondering, if there is any way to get mdx2 to work with gatsby. I've tried using the provided gatsby-plugin-mdx for mdx1, but no surprise - thats not working. I've used the search function in the issues and the discussions, but could not find any related question. Thank you all for your work! |

It's not easy but it's possible. Here's an example using xdm: https://github.com/cpinitiative/usaco-guide/blob/master/src/gatsby/create-xdm-node.ts.
I'm in the process of porting xdm into mdx-js/mdx and I've done the code (unreleased though) but there's still several weeks of docs work to go (perhaps also documenting gatsby). xdm is a good stable choice you could use now.
