Remove references to Transactables from conceptual docs and tutorials

Remove all references to Transactables in the documentation, as by now they are fully covered by Customizations.

This ticket covers:

• removing references to Transactables from conceptual documentation, tutorials about Transactables and links to them in the navigation and in other tutorials
• collecting other occurrences of Transactables and creating tickets

I have removed references to Transactables from:

• How platformOS Works topics (Basic Building Blocks, Workflow, Glossary)
• Tutorials (5 tutorials related to creating, editing, removing Transactables and Transactable types + links to these tutorials)
• Navigation
