Hi, what's the most recent version?

The webpage meanjs.org links to master which is 0.2.3 in the config file.
There is a 3.0 branch, and a 3.1 branch in git?

What's the best to use for a brand new project?

We're releasing 0.3.0 this weekend just preparing everything(docs, changelog, etc.) but it is already safe to use, 0.3.1 is currently experimental.
