3D-Window not displayed properly in GeoGebra question type plugin in moodle

A GeoGebra file consisting of 2D+3D-window will not be displayed in a moodle question.
Moodle version used is 3.9
GeoGegbra pluginversion: 2021100500 Release 1.11.2 (should be the newest)

In the editing mode of the question, the 3D-image is displayed, but in the preview as well as in the test it is not (see 2 screenshots).

I tried different browsers as well as moodle themes.
Any hints appreciated!

I just tested this in Moodle 4.0 and Moodle 3.11 and couldn't find any issues with my test file https://www.geogebra.org/m/aehrpnb3. Both views are properly shown in student's quiz view, in the preview and the editing mode.

Have you experienced this issue with other files, too? Could you maybe provide the one causing this issue?

It happens with other files as well - alsways when the 3D window is used this one is missing. It happens in different browsers. I also tried opening with Version 6, new save and reimport...

Our admin is about to install the newest Plugin version soon, so then will test again and report!

I just tested in Moodle 3.11.6 with latest version of this plugin. Everything loads fine, in teacher's edit page, in teacher's preview, in student's quiz view:

Maybe it's in fact an issue with a specific version. Unfortunately I don't have a Moodle 3.9 to test right now. Curious to hear if updating solves your issue.

Could you maybe have a look at the browser console in the window you are experiencing the issue? If there is an error, pleaste post it/make a screenshot.
