Description

Substrate has released a new version with many improvements. In order to profit from the update, the existing chain needs to be upgraded.

To Do

  • upgrade the substrate chain and dependencies from v2.0.1 to v3.0.0
  • use runtime worker threads to improve the performance of the shuffle proof verification

Update

We should wait until the Substrate Node Template has been updated. This way the update/migration will be a lot easier.
