[Accessibility]Audio player without controls after press Tabs few times #1668

Also you can see on http://mediaelementjs.com/

Click play button on audio player
Click >4 times Tab and audio controls will be hidden.
Actual for IE11, Chrome47, Canary49. But it work rather strange in FF(Nightly too).

I don't know exactly does it bug or feature. But as i can see it rather strange from UX view point.
