As a developer (who is very excited about a Wikipedia event stream)
I want an initial, formal specification of the events in the event stream
So that if necessary, I can write a client for the event stream in any language
And that a common language is established to describe the events in the event stream, which doesn't vary by implentation
And that all implementations can be tested for conformance

@dartar I think that this library (read: @halfak) has done a great job of formalising the set of events that we should publish in an event stream. I think that this feature request is a next step in moving forward with an implementation of that event stream.

Edit

I was a little strong here. I think that this would be a really good idea, but it isn't necessarily the next step.
