Expected Behavior

All development environments should work (as much as possible) the same. That's why Vagrant should also be able to work on localhost.

Actual Behavior

Now, Vagrant virtual machine hosts itself on 10.0.0.99.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Run vagrant up.
  2. Done.
