memcached / nginx monitors setup already, but I can't get data on NewRelic.

I setup memcached and nginx monitor already, and at the begging I can get the data on NewRelic.

But after 10~30mins, the background color of the records on NewRelic turned into grey ... that means NewRelic didn't receive any data anymore ....

What's going on?

'Turned gray' usually means not receiving any more data... Are you sure your agent is still up and running?

Last message doesn't help. I need to see the full context, with any sensitive info redacted.

Before submitting the log, please change the logging level in the config to DEBUG from INFO for the loggers.
