When running Glance on Window you are given two sets of close/minimize/fullscreen buttons, one is within the GTK app and the other is given by Windows.

@harrego. this seems to be the cause of GTK enabling custom client-side decorations by default - it seems to work well enough on Linux/OSX, but obviously there are some issues with this on Windows.

I'll see if I can check the platform, and disable it for Windows.

Just pushed a new commit that should hopefully fix this, give it a try and let me know if it does.

The Windows set of buttons has been removed but now the window can't be resized or moved

Hm odd. I didn't expect this to have that behavior, maybe this isn't possible then? I checked the documentation and all I saw references to were the "fix" I implemented.
