v1.8: Telemetry changes

Related to Meilisearch v1.8

Here are the telemetry changes

• Telemetry related to the search limiter
• Telemetry related to the search cutoff
• Telemetry related to the negative operator
• ❌ No telemetry for the AI search changes
• ℹ️ We removed a few analytics in this release

@guimachiavelli, we added a new item in the list, related to this issue we just created

The removed analytics were not present in the documentation's telemetry table. I'm not sure why, but investigating it is out of scope for v1.8-related work.
