Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I tried to add Al Pacino to my collections, because I only have 1 movie, and he is not Top 3 Billed, the Plex advanced filter does not contain him withint he dropdown. As a result, PMM is not able to add him because the show_options only returns the top 3 billed actors for ALL movie and not ALL Actors from ALL movies

Describe the solution you'd like
Find the list of all actors (Not the one that Plex uses), and set the filter via PMM/API
