Describe the bug
Wiki links are outdated. E.g. http://lmwcs.com/rptools/wiki/Introduction_to_Tokens
should be https://wiki.rptools.info/index.php/Introduction_to_Tokens

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the Simple 5e manual
Scroll to bottom
Click on link "Campaign Frameworks"
Observe some kind of "This domain is for sale" page

Expected behavior
The links should be correct.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS & Version: Windows 10
MapTool Version: 1.11.5
MapTool Install type: Fresh
