can't open name bench on mac using 10.10.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.on a mac 10.10.2, d/l namebench
2. click to open
3. it states mac will not allow non mac developers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i see nothing as i can't open name bench


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version on a macbook air 10.10.2

had to go to security and change default setting of only allowing mac 
developers and now working thus far
