Good news Commendations are still working with Free2Play CSGO!

They did block the Commendation from outside the Game.

But if you login to a Community Server and get the SERVER_ID and the connected Account can still get commendations from Free2play CSGO Accounts in Titan Report Bot!!!!

Commendations are still working with Prime Level Accounts of CSGO from outside the game client!

Same works on the Reportbot if you get the Server_ID from the Game where the Supect is playing on you can still reportbot this Guy if he is connected to that Server_ID!

This will not be done as the project is no longer maintained. You are more than welcome to fork the repository and get this working yourself.

As this issue will most likely get some attention, I will repost the message I posted in the announcements channel on the Titan discord.

I no longer maintain this project so this particular feature will not be added to commending. Please note that reporting has had this feature since December 2018. Porting it across to the commending is not hard, in-fact most of the stuff can just be copy-pasted from the existing code.

I highly encourage people to work on this themselves and create forks which incorporate these changes as that is the nature of open-source projects.
