@therebbie Can you please take this? We have some notes on this in the leadership call doc, e.g. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1H0n9_xSuELra7PNb_Kf-IB0e3yieXzo9o1m7o3hHSUw/edit?disco=AAAAbjyWDGQ. Also, explicitly stating that every meeting has an owner, who's responsible for making sure takeaways are documented, who can then appoint people per line in the notes doc.
