It'd be really nice to exclude tests from the default suite instead of having to define a custom suite.
Right now in Target-postgres (and in target-snowflake) the SDK tests are explicitly defined. The negative with this is if and when more tests get added to the SDK's "default" suite we won't get the benefit of having these tests added to our project.
Anyway we could do an "exclude" list here. I haven't though about the implementation much so maybe it's easy to do and I'm just missing something, wanted to write this up!
