Currently I use Mendeley for citation management and electronic pdf annotation. I'm planning on getting an e-reader in the near future though - either a Kindle or a Sony Reader. Thus I'd be doing annotations on my e-Reader, and citation management in...maybe still Mendeley? Or Zotero? I'm not sure yet, but still using bibtex of course.

It would be very nice to be able to send the following to mementa: bibtex info, annotations made to the pdf, and highlighted passages in the pdf. I know Kindles save this information, not sure in what format. The Sony Readers have a version of Acrobat on the device, I believe - I'm not sure if annotations are actually saved in the pdf, or in a separate file/format.

As I look more closely at both readers I'll be examining their treatment of pdfs more closely, so I'll make notes here that will hopefully be helpful.
