RivaTuner Statistics Server increases memory usage and causes memory leaks #1

When using RivaTuner Statistics Server, an increase in RAM usage of about 20 MB occurs, as well as memory leaks. I'm currently unsure why this happens, but I'm researching.

Fraps does not seem to have this issue as of right now
