river performs visual operations through web pages

If there is a visual UI management page, many novices can use it quickly. For example, load balancing configuration, if there is a visual page, it will be faster and better, and you can more intuitively observe the specific execution plan and quickly locate the problem.

Neither nginx nor caddy have official visual configuration pages. It would be great if river could implement this.

Hey @Avey777, that definitely sounds interesting! If you have any examples of tools you use today with similar configuration options, that'd be great to hear a bit more about.

I don't think this will make it in the first demo milestone, but once we have River on its feet, we can look into making the configuration more accessible to users.
