top banners for initiative pages have inconsistent color

For example - the Linux kernel page has a mint top, the curl page has a gray top. I'd like them to have consistent coloring, whatever is standard for all content (non-index) pages on our site.

These were using the alternating colors from the homepage (whichever color their InitiativeListItem was using). Based on SG's feedback, I'm going to change all of these to the faded mint color.
