Describe the bug

Hi,
I am trying to connect to my cloud account, and all the information is correct besides the client use, which does not exist.
Getting the following error instead:

When I created the client user, my client got connected.

Steps to reproduce

Try to connect to memphis cloud without a client-type user configured.
