syncCto does not transfer files sometimes (win > linux)

As requested here I am creating a ticket for the problem that sometimes syncCto does always synchronize the files correctly (or at all).

I don't have an in depth look or log for the recent versions. I just notice, that new or changed files are often not transfered at all (thus I have given up on the file sync for now and only used the database sync most of the time).

chibineko thinks that this might happen due to the incorrect converting of slashes and backslashes in the files' paths.
