Based on our conversations, we have decided to pivot from a Marketplace to a Platform because:

  • There are too many layers we need to build as a Marketplace, making our growth harder and more risky
  • A Platform helps us focus on onboarding more coaching or firms that offer coaching services, enabling us to get more feedback to optimize the platform based on their needs
  • It would help us focus on our core thesis which is building a tool for effectively communicating first principles
