Student Console Tab v1.0

It would be really fun to have a leaderboard where we can see everyone's contributions based on a timerange.

• List all students w/ last activity time
• Enable admin to accept student application
• Filter by cohort & state (need attention, next step, etc...)
• Enable direct chat perhaps using angular.js
• View basic student profile overview
• Show visual progress and assignment submission statuses as in Google Sheet leaderboard

@grumo As we discussed before, I would not be showing the status of every single assignment, but only the most recent one that the student is stuck at. For example, if it is week 4, I would show all students who have submitted all previous 3 assignments in green, and the ones who have not submitted one or more of the previous 3 assignments would be red with the next pending assignment highlighted so the instructor knows what is pending for each student with a quick view.

Eventually we can add nicer visualizations in the main bootcamp dashboard as we grow our tech power.

@shervine The only caveat is that from my experience there are several students that miss one or more weeks but they submit the homework for a later week.
For instance check Loretta Huether on my leaderboard -> HERE
We wouldn't be aware of that with the system you propose unless there was an indicator saying she missed Weeks 7 and 8. Do you know what I mean?

@grumo My assumption is that a student can only submit the next pending assignment at any time, so even if they have not submitted the last 3 assignments, they must start by submitting the oldest one that is due before they can submit the next two. This linear enforcements means that the key information the instructors need is which student is stuck at which week's assignment, and which students are up to date.
