accuracy filter not working ?

I have Mediatek MT8735M based device.
In any map app after launch location point slides for ~10 sec before possition is accurate enough
GPS logger fixes location in ~3 seconds after gps started. Accuracy filter set to 15 meters, but when stationary , in the park without buildings around, position varies in 100 meters range in each measurement.
Its clear gps logger do not give enough time for gps to fix its position with enough accuracy.
May be accuracy feedback from device is broken. May be its MTK specific

Also some points are logged with up to 1.5 km deviation from true position

I'd suggest to add optional minimum GPS on time. To wait at least N seconds after first GPS output before starting to belive it

I have the same issue. It sometimes even stops recording.
Running Version 106 on Oxygen 10.3.1
Below an example. In black the data from GPSL in red the actual journey. It happens now on 100% of all my journeys.
