Scores oxytocin studies.

Can be used on the command line with the following syntax:

python datafile outputfile

• datafile is the file to be processed. It is assumed to be participant id followed by a set of questions.
• outputfile is where the scored output is to be written.
• Both datafile and outputfile are paths that are relative to the root directory of the project.
