重现
重现错误的步骤：
1.第一步操作：打开demo https://mengshukeji.github.io/LuckysheetDemo/
2.第二步操作： 输入一列数据，带有重复值
3.第三步操作：选中这一列数据，对这一列设置条件格式的公式功能，
=COUNTIF(B3:B11,B3)>14. 发现无效，同时excel是可以的

excel是可以的
