Support for Ecowitt WH51 @868MHz

Ecowitt WH51 915MHz and 433 MHz seems supported. However, I am not able to get data from my WH51 @868MHz.
@algorni seems to have the same concern in #1060.

However, I have to admit I don't have deep knowledge about SDR and I am not sure of my setup. I use a dongle RTL_SDR v4. I believe my antenna is correct (I steal it from another 868Mhz product).

To test my WH51, I run rtl_433 -f 484M, then I power on the WH51. A red led blinks a couple of time on the WH51 and I get this output:

I get the fix! Dongle RTL-SDR v4 needs librtlsdr >= 0.7. The one version provided by Debian bookworm is 0.6. I followed the instructions here to upgrade this library. Now I get:
