Prepare accessory error: Prepare accessory not possible

I couldn't find any information about this in the wiki or via google.

I've installed Homebridge on my Synology NAS, then installed this plugin.
Went to the settings for the plugins, added my TV there (with the IP address and Mac from the TV's Settings)
Other than the name, ip and Mac I only checked the box "Load default inputs from device"
Then I restarted Homebridge as per the green alert box.

Next I enabled the plugin to run as a child bridge, restarted homebridge again.

Finally I scanned the QR code of the plugin, to add the bridge to my "Home" app.

Nothing appeared, so I checked the logs from Homebridge, and found this error:
