Novice Python section assignment: Plotting

This issue tracks the Plotting section for the novice Python material.

This issue can be closed when:

• There are an initial set of Python exercises corresponding to the outline
• There is a first draft of the text of the section

If we want to use seaborn and matplolib, we could adapt the skeleton from this previous material I developed. Still need to change the exercises to the dog dataset for all exercises and find relevant relationships to plot.
