We have added a database to improve the experience with each user

After much commits, we seen bug on server with our database. We fixing him, but now project doesn't work well 馃檨 |

Finally, we fixed this bug! Now, we start work over other features. |

Black list maybe will not be included in release, because on_message function often have a conflict with bot functions. But we're trying. |
