[UI] Dashboard: Improve the presentation of resource data

Current Behavior

Each of the managed resources found in a Kubernetes cluster (for example, https://playground.meshery.io/?resourceCategory=Configuration&resource=ConfigMap) could be presented to users with improved formatting.

Desired Behavior

Data is reformatted for legibility and colorized with syntax highlighting.

Implementation

1. Use existing codemirror library already in use in Meshery UI.
