Desired State

Answer the following questions in the Relationships contributing guide (https://docs.meshery.io/project/contributing/contributing-relationships)

1. How can I validate that my new or updated relationships is syntactically valid?
2. How do I test relationships that I have defined and verify that they are working as expected?
3. Can I do this with command line?
4. Can I do this visually?
5. Relationship scope: How can I avoid conflicting or overlapping evaluation of this relationship with existing relationships? How can I tell if there is a conflict and how can I control which policy will "win"?
