[Docs] Fix Missing Meshery Server Version

Current State

There is a workflow to test and publish docs for Meshery Adapters. Each adapter's E2E tests refers this workflow file.
Currently, its missing the Meshery version in one of the columns of compatibility matrix.

Example:

Desired State

Ensure the correct Meshery Server is asserted properly in the published docs.
