Allow to summarize test results with respect to test priority #13298

Describe the bug
Actually, in the summary, tests are ordered by time, which is rather random.

To Reproduce
Any setup with 2 tests

Expected behavior
Ordering by priority first and by time when the priority is the same would help a lot.
