Email digests should summarize all the activity in the network instead of just your stuff... for now.

Since there is little activity at this point, the emails that get sent out should be a summary of a week, or maybe a month's worth of posts, including the most liked posts and a sort of newsletter including the best of the best network stuff.

This can also be looked at by me before it goes live so I can promote different stuff that may have been missed.

Eventually the network is going to have too much activity to sum up all the posts, so we'll have to choose the best stuff.
