Prepan can be removed from profile links

Describe the bug
On the user's profile page at https://metacpan.org/account/profile there remains an option to link their prepan profile. Alas, prepan has gone so this option should now be removed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://metacpan.org/account/profile
2. Click on 'Add Profile'
3. Scroll down to 'Prepan'
4. See it is still there

Expected behavior
Prepan should no longer be in the list and any site links to Prepan should be removed.
