Minor degradation in infix function missing arguments error message

In current mainline:

>> +
** Script error: + operator is missing an argument

In current Ren/C master;

>> +
** Script error: function! type is not allowed here

I don't care much about the error message discerning between function! and operator/infix function, but we should try get the "missing an argument" piece back.
