Add license comment to js/index.js

Hi.

I recently bought your awesome Flickity package – thanks for this great module.

I am using it mainly through npm and browserify … but I noticed when I bundle my modules, the license comment for Flickity is not included in my main file.

import Flickity from "flickity";
…
