Describe the bug
Auto-lock settings is not auto-locking app.
Expected behavior
App should lock based on selected setting in Security & Privacy screen.

Steps to reproduce
GIVEN I am on Settings > Security & Privacy
AND I have After 5 seconds selected for Auto-lock
WHEN I leave the device idle for more than 5 seconds
THEN app is locked
