What is the current behavior?

Printing and other actions are visible if doc is incomplete

Which are the steps to reproduce?

Sales Order -> New -> Don't input anything. -> From the menu you have access to print

What is the expected or desired behavior?

Some actions should be restricted if obj not saved/completed
