What is the current behavior?

you don't get any "in dispute" lines in purchase inout

Which are the steps to reproduce?

  1. create a new purchase order, add a product with HU, complete
  2. go to receipt candidates
  3. press on HU receive button
  4. set quality discount attributes (qty% and notice)
  5. create material receipt
  6. open the new created inout => has only 1 line of product

What is the expected or desired behavior?

  1. if there is no IsIssueWarehouse warehouse, then i would expect an error message
  2. if you have issue warehouse then a new line in inout: inDispute and qualityNote set
