Pocket Edit mode and My Pockets

When you enable edit mode, red (X) icons show up on the corner of portals, and you can use them to disconnect that portal from that particular pocket. All your existing pockets, and in particular those pockets not currently connected to from any portal, show up in a new "My Pockets" screen accessible from the Pockets menu.
