Pocket search

@phoebethewitch suggested aliases for pockets, and @billy-price agreed with a better mechanism for search and discovery of pockets. If we allow pocket owners to tag pockets with an alias, or with some description of what is going on there, a simple search can be used to locate pockets.

E.g. rather than having to remember "Gemini Pulsar 1" you can search for "AI Safety".
