要不要考虑添加一些国内的社交媒体链接？[Feature Request] #86

What problem does the feature solve?

例如网易云音乐，微信，qq，leetcode主页的社交链接，

或者图标库引入？，国内可选的有点少的可怜，一般就 GitHub+zhihu

虽然在描述部分可以用html添加这些，但我觉得有这个需求的应该不止我一个😅

description html中添加这些就破坏了主题的规范性不是吗，

脸书都加了，考虑为国内扩充一下 Tencent？👀

主题很好看❤，我这个只是站在国内用户的角度提的小建议，🌳
